Merry Christmas Eve everyone! It’s the last day of our Sweet Sally TeaCocktails and I thought it would be quite southern to have a party punch! Fresh cranberries add tartness to this punch. The recipe is for 1 serving but feel free to adjust the measurements for your punch bowl!
Christmas Party Punch
3 ounces of Sweet Sally Spiced Tea
1 ounce fresh cranberry juice
1 ounce ginger ale
.5 ounces apple juice
Rum or Vodka to taste
Fresh cranberries (bursting)
In a small saucepan bring 1/3 cup water + 1 cup cranberries to a simmer. Simmer for 3-4 minutes (or until cranberries start to burst). Mix all ingredients, lastly add ginger ale and top with crushed ice. Garnish with fresh cranberries.
