I came across this recipe during the holidays and decided to give it my own twist! It’s a great combination of sweet and salty. Here I am chatting on the phone waiting for my peanut clusters to cool and set!
Ingredients: 7.1 ounces white chocolate chips, 5.2 ounces Belgian milk chocolate chips, 4.8 ounces dark chocolate, 12.5 ounces roasted salted peanuts.
Add all ingredients to your crockpot and cook on low for 1 hour without stirring. After 1 hour stir well and cook for another hour, stirring every 15 minutes to make sure it doesn’t stick to bottom. Spread wax paper on your counter. Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate candy onto the wax paper and let it cool completely. Enjoy and let me know what you think when you make it!
